Caesar Dressing

¼ cup dijon mustard

¼ cup lemon juice

⅓ cup red wine vinegar

⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese

¾ tsp sea salt

¼ cup peeled garlic,  roughly chopped

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup canola oil

⅓ cup olive oil

Combine lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dijon, garlic, grated parmesan, and spices.  Mix well using a blender or immersion blender. Slowly add canola oil and then the olive oil and mix gently with the blender on low until combined.
