Cottage Cheese and Avocado Protein Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A sprinkle of red pepper flakes or paprika (optional)
Instructions
