Cottage Cheese and Avocado Protein Toast

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed 
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 
  • A sprinkle of red pepper flakes or paprika (optional) 

Instructions 

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. 
  2. Spread a layer of mashed avocado on each slice of toast. 
  3. Spoon cottage cheese over the avocado and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. 
  4. Serve immediately for a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack.
