Cranberry Sauce
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Serves: 6–8
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, salt, and orange juice.
- Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 20–25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
