Cranberry Sauce

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Serves: 6–8

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, salt, and orange juice.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 20–25 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
