Crispy Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved 
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 
  • Salt & black pepper to taste 

Method: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Spread Parmesan on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then place Brussels sprouts cut-side down on top. 
  3. Roast for 18-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Serve warm.
