Crispy Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Parmesan on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then place Brussels sprouts cut-side down on top.
- Roast for 18-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Serve warm.
