Cucumber and Radish Raita
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
- 4 small radishes, thinly sliced or julienned
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Combine the diced cucumber, radishes, onion and cilantro in a small bowl. Just before serving, combine the cut veggies with the yogurt, sour cream, salt and sugar. Mix well and adjust the seasoning as needed.
