Curry Dusted Roasted Cashews
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp butter
In a small pan, melt the butter and add the cashews. Cook over low heat until the cashews begin to brown. Sprinkle with curry powder and continue to cook until the curry is very aromatic. Season with salt and turn the nuts out onto a sheet tray to cool. Enjoy!
