Easy Garlic Aioli

  • 1 cup prepared mayonnaise (vegannaise/nayonnaise)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic; minced
  • 1 tbsp. basil*
  • 1 tbsp. thyme*
  • 1 tbsp. tarragon*
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

*Double amounts if using fresh herbs*

Combine all ingredients except for mayonnaise in a food processor and pulse to combine. A mortar and pestle can also be used. Combine herb mixture and mayo in a separate bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
