Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

  • 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved 
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes. 
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast 5 more minutes until golden.
