Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
- 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Serves: 4
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast 5 more minutes until golden.
