Green Beans with Almonds
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Serves: 4
Instructions:
- Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat oil or butter. Add garlic and almonds; cook 2 minutes over medium to low heat.
- Toss in green beans and sauté until crisp-tender.
