Hemp Seed Energy Balls

Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • **(certified gluten free if necessary)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine well. Roll tablespoon size balls, wet hands can help! Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan and pop in the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container for a week!
