HL Roasted Seitan (for sandwiches)
8 oz package Seitan
¼ cup canola oil
1 Tbsp ground cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp crushed chili pepper
¼ tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp tamari
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Slice seitan into ½ inch slices or cut into 2 oz pieces.
- Combine oil, spices, tamari into a small bowl. Mix well.
- Toss seitan in mixture and coat well.
- Place on a sheet pan and roast until just crispy, about 20-30 minutes.
