Honey Spiced Carrots
2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into half moon shapes ¼ inch thick
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp ground ginger
1 pinch of cinnamon
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 pinch of cayenne
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ Tbsp honey
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss carrots with all of the spices, salt, and olive oil.
- Place carrots in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Roast carrots for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
