HOT Mango Salsa
- 1 Mango, finely diced
- ¼ red onion, finely diced
- 2 tomatoes, seeds removed and finely diced
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 3 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed and finely diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper
This spicy, fruity blend of fresh ingredients will turn any dish into an exciting new favorite!
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Process in canning jars or eat fresh.
