Kale Smoothie

  • 2 cups kale, ribs removed, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain organic kefir
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen bananas
  • ½ cup juice of your choice, such as apple

Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the kale and blend.
