Kale Smoothie
- 2 cups kale, ribs removed, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain organic kefir
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen bananas
- ½ cup juice of your choice, such as apple
Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the kale and blend.
