Korean BBQ Marinade

½ cup tamari

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup sesame oil

2 Tbsp garlic, chopped

2 Tbsp ginger puree

2 ¼ tsp black pepper

1 ½ Tbsp Sriracha

1 ½ Tbsp white sesame seeds

Using a blender, combine all of the ingredients on medium to high speed until well mixed.  Marinate your choice of meat (up to 5 lbs) for 18 hours before cooking.
