Lemon Tahini Dressing

½ cup tahini

3 ½ Tbsp wheat free tamari

½ cup water

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced or pressed

¾ tsp ground cumin

1 pinch cayenne pepper

2 ½ Tbsp lemon juice

½ cup canola oil

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a large blender except for the oil.  Puree until smooth.
  2. With the blender running, add add the oil in a slow steady stream. Stop blending when oil is fully incorporated.
