Maple Balsamic Marinade
⅓ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp garlic powder
1 ½ Tbsp mustard powder
1 ½ Tbsp sea salt
Using a blender, combine all of the ingredients on medium to high speed until well mixed. Marinate your choice of meat(up to 5 lbs) for 18 hours before cooking.
