Maple Cream Cheese

Combine cream cheese and maple sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Beat together until the sugar has dissolved and is not crunchy and the cream cheese is light and fluffy. Enjoy!

8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
2 Tbsp maple sugar
