Maple Ginger Glazed Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, and sesame oil.
- Place salmon on a parchment-lined sheet pan and brush with glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
