Maple Ginger Glazed Salmon

  • 2 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, and sesame oil. 
  3. Place salmon on a parchment-lined sheet pan and brush with glaze. 
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky. 
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
