Maple Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, and salt. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add the chopped pecans and dried cranberries to the baking sheet for the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh thyme.
