Maple Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, and salt. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Add the chopped pecans and dried cranberries to the baking sheet for the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh thyme.
