Marinated Tempeh

  • 1 pkg. tempeh; cut into 12 pieces
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well to coat tempeh evenly. Spread onto a sided baking sheet and roast in oven until crispy and golden, about 30 minutes.
