Miso Ginger Dressing
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. miso paste
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/3 cup water
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Or by hand- all ingredients except oil can be placed in a mixing bowl and whisked quickly to combine. Stream in oil slowly while whisking until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Makes about 2 cups.
