PACKED Overnight Oats
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup plant based milk of your choice
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
2 tsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp roasted pecans
¼ cup mixed berries or chopped fruit
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp toasted, unsweetened coconut
In a quart jar combine the oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup and almond butter. Whisk well so the almond butter incorporates. Place the jar in the fridge overnight. You can make as many of these as you like at a time – if you make more than one prepare/measure them into individual jars rather than in one large batch divided.
In the morning you can microwave the oats right in the jar if you like them warm – or enjoy them cold! Top the contents of your jar with the pecans, berries/fruit, chia seeds, and coconut. Eat at home or on the go!
