Parmesan Garlic Croutons
- 5 cups bread cubed-3/4”
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup garlic powder
- 1/8 cup onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Excellent on soups or salads!
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl except for the bread cubes. Toss bread into the mixture to coat. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 300°F until golden and crispy, stirring once or twice for even cooking. Cool completely before storing in covered container.
