Peanut Butter Banana Chia Pudding

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or honey
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ***(easily swap with your favorite non-dairy milk!)
  • 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Mash your banana and add to aglass jar with the rest of youringredients. Mix thoroughly.Refrigerate 2-3 hours and enjoy!
