Peanut Butter Banana Chia Pudding
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or honey
- 1 cup whole milk
- ***(easily swap with your favorite non-dairy milk!)
- 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Mash your banana and add to a glass jar with the rest of your ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate 2-3 hours and enjoy!
