Peppermint Bark Pretzels

  • 6-8 pretzel rods
  • 1/2 cup white or milk chocolate
  • 3 candy canes; crushed

In a small saucepan, melt chocolate on low heat, swirling pan occasionally to prevent burning. Pour melted chocolate into a bowl and quickly dip each pretzel rod 1/2-2/3 up the pretzel. Roll in crushed peppermint and lay on parchment paper to cool.
