Protein-Packed “Cheesecake” Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Fresh berries or fruit for topping
- Graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies for dipping
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more powdered sugar or syrup if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Serve with fresh berries, graham crackers, or your favorite fruits for dipping.
