Protein-Packed “Cheesecake” Dip

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened 
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup  
  • Fresh berries or fruit for topping 
  • Graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies for dipping 

Instructions 

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. 
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more powdered sugar or syrup if needed. 
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. 
  5. Serve with fresh berries, graham crackers, or your favorite fruits for dipping.
