- 1/2 cup jalapeno white cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup American cheese cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup queso fresco crumbled
- 1/2 cup half and half
Add cheeses and half of the half and half over low heat. Stir as the cheese melts. Once the cheese has melted stir in the remainder of the half and half. Once cheeses and half and half are combined it is ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
