Salsa

  • 2 Lg ripe tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 jalepeno peoper, finly minced
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Peel and chop the tomatoes.  Add all remaing ingredients and mix well.  Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
