Spiced Pomegranate Cider

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 1 navel orange, quartered
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves

Here’s a family-friendly drink that will warm you up- and deliver a hefty dose of vitamins- on cold winter days!  Of course, hard cider can absolutely be substituted if you prefer.

Place all ingredients in a pot.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.  Strain liquid and serve hot.
