Summer Berries with Mint Sugar

Serves 4 

  • 2 cups mixed berries (any combo of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 

A simple, no-cook way to dress up fresh berries. Great on their own or spooned over yogurt, pancakes, or ice cream. 

Instructions 

  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and chopped mint. 
  2. In a larger bowl, toss berries with lemon juice and mint sugar. 
  3. Let sit 5–10 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve chilled.
