Summer Berries with Mint Sugar
Serves 4
- 2 cups mixed berries (any combo of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
A simple, no-cook way to dress up fresh berries. Great on their own or spooned over yogurt, pancakes, or ice cream.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and chopped mint.
- In a larger bowl, toss berries with lemon juice and mint sugar.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve chilled.
