Summer Citrus Smoothie

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Adjust the consistency by adding more juice if needed.
  3. Serve chilled.
