Summer cucumber limeade spritzer mocktail

  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 1 sprig mint, divided
  • 4 basil leaves, torn
  • ½ lime
  • 1 bottle topo chico
  • Ice

In a tall glass, gently muddle the cucumber, and half the mint. Fill the glass with ice. Add the remaining mint and basil. Squeeze the lime into the glass and then add the squeezed lime skin as well. Fill to the brim with Topo Chico, mix gently, and enjoy.
