Vegan Tofu Salad

2 lbs firm tofu, crumbled by hand or grated

¼ cup red onion, small diced

¼ cup red pepper, small diced

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

⅓ cup veganaise

1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

1 Tbsp dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.  Serve cold.
