Elderberry Sparkling Spring Punch
1 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed from 8 lemons)
1/2 cup honey
2 bottles (750 ml each) chilled cava or other sparkling wine
1 cup chilled cranberry juice, unsweetened
1 cup Vermont Mountain Elderberry Syrup
- In a punch bowl, stir together lemon juice and honey until honey is dissolved. Add wine, cranberry juice, and elderberry syrup; stir gently to combine. To serve, top with lemon slices.
