Elmore Mountain Farm Arnica: If you’ve pushed yourself a little too hard in the new year, you might want to try Arnica. It’s applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. This line is produced in Morrisville, VT and can be found in our Wellness Department.
