The skin is the largest organ on the human body so it’s super important to maintain its health throughout the year, especially when the cold and windy weather arrives.  The skin not only covers the body’s tissues and organs-it has numerous functions!

• The skin sustains your essential body fluids (blood, water and lymph) from evaporating…which is why it’s important to keep hydrated during hot and cold months.
