SPAC Rock and Run!

Healthy Living and Cafe was a sponsor of the SPAC Rock and Run on Sunday May 18th on the beautiful grounds of the Saratoga Springs Spa State Park.

This family-friendly outdoor race in the beautiful Spa State Park is a rockin’ 5K, 10K, and kids 1K fun run. SPAC had over 1200 entries this year!

We were on-site providing runners and spectators with Fair Trade bananas from our friends at Equal Exchange, organic Gala apples, homemade granola from Learning Center Coordinator Shannon Beckwith, Nature’s Path Granola Bars, Mini Larabars, Food Should Taste Good Chips, Health Warrior Chia Bars, and lots of cold water from our HLMC coolers. We want to send a huge Thank You to all of our vendors who donated their products for this event.

We also had a gift card raffle, lots of HLMC branded water bottles, magnets, and store literature!

Runners and race fans were happy to see that we were serving free hot coffee on-site! Thank you to our friends at Tierra Farm for donating the delicious beans that we brewed!
