Spotlight: Zach Labelle

 

Healthy Living’s resident brunch chef, Zach Labelle, is passionate about what he does: “Basically, I start thinking about what I’m going to have for dinner around breakfast time,” he declares. A dedicated foodie, Zach has honed his skills at restaurants from Las Vegas, NV to Burlington, VT. He now shares his creativity and breadth of knowledge with us here at 222 Dorset Street from 9:30 AM ’til 1:30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays.

His grown-up takes on classics like macaroni & cheese have won accolades from the community by incorporating heretofore-verboten slices of fresh, local apples, rich pancetta, bleu cheese, and other deliciously counter-intuitive additions. His melt-in-your-mouth maple crème brûlée French toast holds wide appeal, with kids and adults alike loading their plates and asking for more!
