Stone RuinTen IPA

Tis the season to IPA!

Stone first released this anniversary beer in 2012 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of their Ruination IPA. Due to popular demand, they are releasing it again this year under the name RuinTen IPA; same hoppy taste you love with a fun new name. Stone describes the experience of their beloved hop-monster IPA as “a stage dive into a mosh pit of hops!” Why a mosh pit? Because they managed to cram five pounds of Centennial and Citra hops into each barrel and increased the ABV to 10.8% as well!

It pours deep gold with an off-white creamy head of foam, boasting intense hop, lemon oil, nectarine, pineapple, and spice notes. On the palate it screams tropical fruity hops with a malty balance, and an extended clean, bitter finish. Full-bodied but dry; if you’re a hop fiend, you’ll surely enjoy this Stone classic.

Suggested pairings include roasted pork chops, curried dishes, aged Cheddar and Roquefort.

Thirsty yet? They’re hitting Healthy Living Saratoga’s shelves today! Pick up a bottle while they last! This hop-tastic beer wont be around for another year after it’s gone.
