Kung Fu Girl, Riesling

This Charles Smith wine out of Washington State is sure to please! A light, off-dry Riesling, showing flavors of white peach, apricot, and Fuji apple. This wine is cool and delicious with a long minerally finish. The 2013 vintage of this wine received a 91 point rating by Wine Spectator and has been named a top 100 wine in 2013 and 2014. A great wine at a great value!

Chalone Vineyards, Monterey Chardonnay

Chalone Vineyard is one of the few wineries in the U.S. growing grapes in limestone-based soils, the same as in Burgundy, France. It is also the oldest producing vineyard in Monterey County. This Chardonnay has a sweet essence of oak on the nose. Tastes of baked pear, Braeburn apple, and sweet tangerine are accented by wafts of floral and nutmeg. Well balanced and crisp, this wine will pair well with a number of dishes!
