The creamy bubbles and soft fruity flavor makes Prosecco an ideal aperitif to stimulate your appetite for the Thanksgiving feast ahead! Sparkling wines can also be consumed throughout the entirety of the meal as a refreshing palate cleanser in between bites.
Pine Ridge (Chenin Blanc/Viognier) – Light White
Food: Herb Crusted Goat Cheese Log (from our Cafe!), Crunchy Cucumber-Cilantro Salad, Green Bean Casserole, Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
This off- dry white offers a stunning aromatic display of honeydew melons, spring flowers, pears and cantaloupe. It is a wine with crisp, zesty acids, medium body and abundant purity as well as freshness; a delightful complement to the holiday meal that has been geared towards lighter fare!

Bright fruit aromas, ripe berry flavors and velvety textures make this great value Pinot Noir a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving spread. It’s complex enough in flavor to not be overwhelmed by the food, but subdued enough to let your culinary creations shine through!
Shebang (Zinfandel Blend) – Medium Red
Food: Cranberry Sauce/Relish, Roasted Acorn Squash, Roasted Yams, Bacon Wrapped Dates
An innovative, old vine cuvee Zinfandel blend that will satisfy even the most demanding wine enthusiast! Spicy and full bodied, this versatile wine will drink well with both earthy and fruity fare! Think: turkey, butternut squash, sweet potato, cranberry sauce….yum!
Meiomi (Pinot Noir) – Medium/Bold Red

This Pinot Noir is an instant crowd pleaser for those that insist on a bigger wine with their holiday meals! Intensely aromatic and packed with earthy-fruit and a long, pleasant finish, Meiomi is bold enough to stand up to the perhaps less traditional Thanksgiving fare that have more pronounced flavors.
