Joyce loved baking and eating delicious baked goods and after being diagnosed was determined to re-create gluten free versions of her favorite treats.

She started developing recipes based on old family favorites and before long she was sharing what she’d made with friends who had Celiac. Word spread and soon Joyce was selling her baked goods to a number of people living a gluten free lifestyle.
