We love the Saratoga Mountain Bike Association!

Recently the Saratoga Mountain Bike Association held their 2nd annual EPIC RIDE event! SMBA is a a non profit organization dedicated to fostering and protecting the mountain biking resources in the New York State Capital-Saratoga-Adirondack region. These purposes are promoted by means including, but not limited to trail building and maintenance, development of good neighbor relations near to or adjacent to riding areas, educating the public on the availability of established biking trails and the promotion of ethical and responsible mountain biking. It is the further intent of this association to encourage the development of riding skills, as well as to promote good fellowship. Healthy Living and Cafe believes in the mission of SMBA and is proud to support their events. Thanks to photographer Eliot Cresswell for sharing these beautiful photos.

SMBA held a festive post-ride after party with BBQ. The food was donated by Healthy Living. We were happy to support this wonderful event and organization. SMBA members enjoyed the grass-fed beef burgers, natural hot dogs, quinoa salad, and veggie burgers!
