Wine of the Week – Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Matanzas Creek has been producing wine in Sonoma County since 1977. They use sustainable growing practices that minimally impact the land and improve the quality of their wines. Aromas of grapefruit and granny smith apple with touches of white flowers and herbs lead off. Flavors of citrus and orchard fruit lead to a long racy, mineral tinged finish.
Try this with shellfish or the Blowfish tails from our seafood department.
