Wreaths to Benefit Women Helping Battered Women!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Every year, HL staff come together to decorate wreaths for us to sell outside the store. 100% of the sale of those wreaths goes to Women Helping Battered Women in Burlington, whose mission is “to assist in the transition to a safe, independent life for all those who have been affected physically, sexually, emotionally, or economically by domestic abuse. To promote a customer that fosters justice, equity, and safety.”

We will provide our staff with the rings of evergreen and the decorations, and they volunteer their time. Wreaths are for sale for $19.99, all of which goes directly to WHBW.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Throughout the month of December, volunteers and board members from Women Helping Battered Women will be tabling in our entrance as a way to speak to guests about what they do and ways to get involved with their organization. Stop in and say hello!
