Indian Fresh Peach Salad
- 2½ lbs fresh peaches
- 3 TB sugar or 1½ TB agave syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1½ tsp ground roasted cumin
- 1½ TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp or less cayenne pepper
Peel and slice the peaches. Place them in a serving bowl, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
