Pan Roasted Asparagus
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
To prepare the asparagus, peel the stems with a vegetable peeler and cut about 2 inches off the bottoms. In a large skillet heat a few Tbsp of oil. Add the asparagus and roast until nicely browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
