After the winter, the greens are carefully cut and then dehydrated at a low temperature, making it a raw product. This ensures that the nutrients are kept intact. To preserve the greens, they are stored in pharmaceutical grade “super sacks” that contain nitrogen to remove any oxygen. The grasses are frozen until demand requires it to be packaged.
