So, summer was fun. We went to the beach. Got a little sun. BBQ’d like crazy. Did some hiking and biking. Had a zillion family get-togethers. It’s been great! But, can we be honest? We’re ready for fall. I mean, fall in these parts is the stuff of legend. Crisp nights, leaves changing, apple cider, pumpkin-infused, well, everything… And a big part of loving autumn is enjoying richer foods like queso, nut butter, and cheese.
